Textbook case of letting Trump set the agenda. Oh, good, the headline implies, it's 15% not 25%. But it was 2%. The headline should be that Trump raises Japanese tariffs by 650%.

Tariffs on Japan were 2%. The right way to say this: Trump raises tariffs on Japan by 650%. And a car's price will increase well over 10%, with consequent inflation. Some deal.
